Dr. Sunil Dabadghao
Founder Director & Principle Consultant
Dr Sunil Dabadghao did his under graduation and Post-graduation in Internal medicine from M.G.M medical college Indore. He then completed D.M. in Clinical Immunology from SGPGIMS Lucknow. Further he performed Basic research in the Prestigious Karolonska Institute In Stockholm, Sweden on Tumor Immunology and received M. Phil Degree. He specialized in Haematology from Australia and received training in Bone marrow transplantation at Christian Medical college Vellore.
He served as a faculty member in the Department of Immunology. He was the part of the team which performed first stem cell transplant (Autologous) in Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medicial Science, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He then joined all new maiden Multi Super Specialty tertiary care Sahara Hospital and headed the Department Laboratory sciences and supervised the functioning of Haemato-pathology unit. He established the Clinical haematology service which during those days was the only dedicated and functionalhaematologyunit in private sector in whole of Uttar Pradesh. He also started the BMT program in Sahara Hospital and did approximately 40 allogeneic and Autologous transplants in Sahara Hospital. Afterward he joined Apollo-Medics Hospital and initiated the BMT program.

Dr Shilpi Agarwal who has done MBBS from Sarojini Naidu Medical College, Agra and completed MD in Pediatrics from Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College Jhansi. Post PG she has pursued PDCC in Pediatric Haematology & PDF in Bone Marrow Transplant from SGPGI, Lucknow.
She was previously associated with SGPGIMS, Lucknow as Senior Resident in Clinical Hematology for 2 years. She also worked in Government Institutes like Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Institute Of Medical Sciences, Lucknow as Assistant Professor both in the Department of Pediatric and Clinical Haematology. Presently she is Consultant – Clinical Haematology & Bone Marrow Transplant at Rudhir Arogya Institute of Blood Disorders & Bone Marrow Transplant, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
She is well competent in dealing all kinds of Pediatric and adult Hematology cases both benign and malignant like Aplastic Anemia, Immune thrombocytopenic purpura, all kinds of acute and chronic leukemias(ALL,AML,CLL,CML) and lymphomas, Multiple Myeloma and Myeloproferative disorders. She is highly skilled in performing all types of stem cell/bone marrow transplant like autologous, allogenic, haploidentical,MUD.

He started his professional engagements with major Multi Nationals in the pharmaceutical industry, and held senior management level positions in corporations like Glaxo (I) Ltd , Fulford (I) Ltd & Bristol Myers Squibb for 18 years with Oncology segment as one of his main action area. Afterward he shifted to hospital operations, dedicating his past 14 years in managing Multi Super Specialty and Oncology tertiary care hospitals at Lucknow & Kanpur.
He played key role time to time, in prominent organizations, including Sahara Hospital, HCG-Regency Cancer Center & T S Mishra Medical College & Hospital at middle and top management levels. His expertise lies in launching new projects, based on his on-hand experience in commissioning advanced radio-diagnostics, radiation, and nuclear medicine infrastructure across several hospitals.
His major areas of interest include Strategy, Operations, Alliances, and Collaborations with a strong focus on market development through Above-the-line (ATL) and Below-the-line (BTL) healthcare promotion strategies.
